Verónica de Andrés is an educator; speaker and author specialized in personal growth and motivation. She holds a Master of Arts in Education with Distinction from Oxford Brookes University, England. For the last 20 years she has dedicated herself to the study and research of motivation, self esteem, emotional intelligence and effective learning and has trained and worked in these fields with the most prestigious teachers on a global level. As the founder of SEAL-Argentina she has organized four international conferences in her country. At present, she teaches at post-grade level in the Masters Degree in Organizational Coaching at the Universidad del Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is an executive member of the International Council for Self-Esteem (US). She is also the director of Confidence Time LLC, an organization dedicated to create products and services for the development of self-esteem, motivation and emotional intelligence.
